Brittany Echave is a relentless customer advocate and empathy engine, ensuring companies understand who people are and what problems they have to solve to drive relevant and impactful solutions. She currently leads the Enterprise Customer Research team for REI Co-op, the nation's largest member-owned co-operative.

Brittany has a background in qualitative and quantitative market research, having worked across a number of industries over the last two decades.

Brittany has a bachelor's degree in Sociology and French from New York University and an MBA in Brand Management from DePaul University. In her free time, she loves spending time outside with her family, exploring culinary delights, and working it all out on her Peloton.
