Here’s Leah’s biography if you’d like to learn more:

She has over 20+ years of experience driving strategic plan development, key customer acquisitions, strengthening brand equities, and establishing innovation pipelines, all while leading large, global cross-functional teams. Her experience leading business turnarounds, innovation, and high-performing teams spans across many categories including natural and conventional foods, confections, and household consumer products.

Currently, Leah is the President and CEO of Delica North America, a subsidiary of Migros Group of Switzerland.
