The Results Are In Regarding Your Upcoming Year

Blog Post #1.png

Last week I asked you to share with me what your pain points are when it comes to change. It was tremendously helpful and I have a feeling you’d find value in knowing what others shared.

Key finding: You are not alone if you’ve got a change coming up.

Before I share though, I want to give you one more opportunity to take the survey so that you can reflect on your personal experience as well.

So now that we’ve taken care of that, let’s break down some of the key findings!

Main Takeaways:

  1. 80% of survey respondents reported that they will likely have an upcoming change in the next year. 80%! Only 10% said that they didn’t foresee any change coming up in the next year.

  2. The two biggest changes that you noted were a change with your job and/or moving to a new location. 60% said they expected a change in their relationship status.

  3. The biggest fear you identified when it comes to making change is that you will make a mistake that you can’t take back. I’ll break down in my next blog post about how we can overcome this fear. 60% also endorsed fearing loneliness and doubting one’s ability to navigate the change.

  4. The things that keep you from making change more than anything? The fact that you’re feeling comfortable and fear the unknown was endorsed by 70% of respondents. 60% noted that they fear rejection.
